These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Book Me In mobile apps and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or booking through the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Book Me In helps customers request and manage appointments with service providers, and helps providers publish services, availability, and manage bookings. We provide software tools only. We are not a party to the underlying service relationship between a customer and a provider.
Booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules are facilitated by the Service but are agreements between the customer and the provider. Providers set their own policies for cancellations, refunds, and no-shows unless otherwise required by law.
The AI assistant is an optional tool for business accounts. It may misunderstand you or make mistakes, so check the services, hours and time off it creates. You're responsible for changes made to your account, and for having the right to look up your customers' booking information. Don't use the assistant to enter sensitive information about your customers. We may limit, change or discontinue the assistant. See the Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the Service (including spam, scraping, unauthorized access, or uploading unlawful content). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for others.
We send transactional email about bookings and account events. Optional reminders and digests are off by default and can be enabled under Account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the quality or delivery of services booked between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Book Me In and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
